For day guests, your registration fee will include conference admission, two tea breaks, lunch, and a gift bag.

For delegates, observers, guests, and staff, your registration fee will include all of the above as well as breakfast, dinner, room, and board.

If you need a visa letter prepared, please contact icwc@wesleyan.org with the following information (you may also take a picture and send that instead):

1) Your country of issuance

2) Your passport number

3) Your name as it appears on your passport

4) Your passport expiration date

Someone from the ICWC planning committee will be in contact with you shortly after to begin the process.

The Birchwood Hotel offers a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. For those arriving internationally:

1. Exit the doors from International Arrivals

2. From the greeting area, look for the signs to car hire and the bus terminal. Continue straight, towards the street, and exit the terminal building.

3. Cross the road, following the signs to the bus terminal.

Birchwood offers two wifi options:

1. Shampoo and body wash — Provided in the rooms, and housekeeping is available if additional items are requested.

2. Mini Fridge – Available in all rooms.

3. Kettle / Tea and Coffee Station – Available in all rooms.

4. Hairdryer – Available in all rooms.

5. Gym – The gym operates from 4:00 AM until 11:00 PM. A room key card is required for access.

We currently do not have plans to organize any excursions. For your convenience and safety, the hotel has buses available to take guests to a local shopping center at scheduled times throughout the conference.
